How does Shuffled Sports handle returns?

• Customized items are not returnable
• A RMA is required for all returns. Please contact us for a RMA.
• After receipt of an RMA, please package the products in the same or near same packaging as the product was originally shipped. You may return the product to the address on the RMA by your choice of carrier.
• You, the customer are responsible the cost of the return merchandise, unless it is defective
• There is no restocking fee for returned items if returned, unopened, within 30 days of ship date. Opened items are not returnable unless found to be defective
• Defective items can be exchanged for replacement free of charge. A full refund will be made for unopened items returned within 30 days
• Returns should be made within 30 days of ship date
• Shuffled Sports will process the refund upon receipt of the unused, unopen, non-defective merchandise. Each credit card company processes credits differently and it may take them a significant time to process it - Their processing time is beyond our control
